Who processes your data
IFD Srl, Via Villagrande 234/B, 61024 Mombaroccio (PU), Italy, VAT no. 02643020411, is the data controller. For information and requests about your data: info@ifdsrl.com.
This notice covers ifdsrl.com, its contact form and correspondence relating to enquiries, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data collected
The form requires your name, email address and message; we cannot receive your enquiry without these details. Your practice or company and reference project are optional. We also process contact details and documents you send in subsequent correspondence. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
The website also processes technical browsing data, such as IP addresses, dates, times and requested resources, and session and anti-spam identifiers, including identifiers derived from IP addresses, email addresses and messages.
Why we use your data
We use data to respond to enquiries, assess projects and prepare quotations. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual or contractual steps at the data subject’s request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for business contacts and general enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).
We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the website and protect rights, and on legal obligations where applicable (Article 6(1)(f) and (c)). We do not use contacts for promotions or newsletters, or carry out profiling or automated decision-making with significant effects.
Who can access your data
Enquiries are received at the web mailboxinfo@ifdsrl.com, which is read by IFD’s internal contact person. We use Register.it for hosting and Microsoft 365 for email. Authorised support providers may also access data within the scope of their service, as may advisers or authorities where necessary. Providers acting on our behalf act as data processors; the data is not published.
Services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Depending on the transfer, adequacy decisions or safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses apply. You may request information and a copy of the safeguards at info@ifdsrl.com; the providers’ contractual references are available on this page.
Retention
Information requests are retained until the final response and any clarifications are complete. For quotations, handling ends on acceptance, rejection, withdrawal or the expiry stated in the offer, unless an extension has been agreed or negotiations are genuinely ongoing. On acceptance, the necessary data is transferred to project management.
On closure, data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Commercial correspondence and documents subject to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code are retained for ten years, starting from the date prescribed by law. In the event of disputes, only relevant data is retained for the duration of the dispute and any further necessary obligations.
Anti-spam checks use a 24-hour window; expired records are removed on the next new submission. Logs and technical copies follow the services’ rotation cycles: deletion from operational folders does not immediately remove every recovery copy. These copies do not extend the commercial use of data.
Your rights
By writing to info@ifdsrl.com you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where provided for by the GDPR. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it. Legal obligations and the protection of rights may limit erasure.
Optional Google map
On the Contact page, you can enable Google Maps with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Only after activation does your browser connect to Google, which receives technical data, including your IP address, and may use cookies and other identifiers. In the European region, the service provider is Google Ireland Limited; processing, possible international transfers and retention criteria are described in Google’s Privacy Policy. The contact form works without enabling the map.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the control below the map, without affecting previous processing. Your choice is not stored for future visits. For details, see thecookie notice.
